Definitions

The beer regularity mentioned here refers only to the cask-conditioned form of the beer. Even if it is shown as "dead" here, it may still be available in bottled or keg form.

regular: a beer that is believed to be brewed either all the time or at least on a very frequent basis.
irregular: a beer that is believed to be brewed either seasonally or on an occasional basis.
unknown: a beer that has been reported as having been seen at least once in the past 12 months but whose regularity has yet to be confirmed.
dead: a beer which is known to have been a one-off or to no longer be produced by the brewery. Beers of unknown status are assumed to be dead if they have not been reported on sale in the past 12 months.
