I am now available for hire. I have excellent web-design skills, with expertise in CSS, Javascript, CGI programming and cross-browser compatibility & accessibility issues. With a career in computing lasting over two decades, I have a wide range of IT skills including databases (mainly MySQL, but with Oracle experience), Unix system administration (particularly Linux, but experienced with Solaris, AIX and HP-UX), programming (particularly Perl) and much more besides.

I'm looking for work based in or near Ipswich (or with the ability to work from home), part or full time, permanent or temporary.

I also offer a freelance web design service. I can create an attractive, professional, easily-maintained website for you at a very reasonable price. All websites are extensively tested for compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act and checked to ensure your customers can use them whatever browser they're using.
