Beer festival link submission rules

Unfortunately, this page seems to attract more than its share of submissions from idiots. Contrary to what they seem to think, I have better things to do than to wade through the PDF they sent me to find the URL. Neither can I be bothered searching through the website they mention to work out where there's a beer festival mentioned. And amazingly enough, sending me all the details of a beer festival without bothering to include a URL doesn't magically result in a Web page appearing on the network.

Your submission will not be considered for inclusion here unless your email contains the following information:

The name of the pub or organisation running the beer festival and the town it's in
The URL of either the beer festival's website or a PERMANENT page containing details of the festival.

If you can't or won't comply with these simple rules, then don't waste your time and mine on something that isn't going to appear.
